Scope of Services
Printopia Studio provides photo and art printing services, including test print review, paper and finish guidance, and production based on the files and instructions you submit. Any file review is limited to the agreed pre-flight scope and does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy.

Orders and Payment
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately unless stated otherwise in writing. We may request confirmation before production, and we may decline or revise an order if files, materials, or capacity are not suitable or available.

Production Conditions
Any estimates for production or delivery are subject to file readiness, material availability, quantity, and studio capacity. We do not guarantee a specific paper, finish, or production date until the relevant details have been confirmed, and we do not promise exact screen-to-print colour matching or identical results across different materials or batches.
Policy Terms
You must have all rights, permissions, and authorisations needed for any artwork, image, font, trademark, or other content you submit. All intellectual property in the website, studio materials, and our original processes remains with Printopia Studio or its licensors, and no rights are transferred except as expressly agreed in writing.
